Xabi is an operations and strategy consultant with 2 years of experience at McKinsey & Company.

He is an industrial engineer and MBA at IESE Business School. Having successfully gone through McKinsey's recruitment process and coached more than 20 classmates and colleagues that are applying to consulting firms, he can help you overcome the challenging MBB case interviews.

Gaurav is a former McKinsey consultant and a certified Career Transition Coach. Gaurav worked with McKinsey Europe and Asian offices for 2+ years and have always been active in recruitment and mentoring throughout his total 6 years of Strategy Consulting stint. Gaurav has coached and mentored more than 500 consulting aspirants in last 10 years in the capacity of Interview trainer and career coach. Gaurav also conducts Consulting Readiness sessions in leading MBA schools and regularly authors PSTs and business cases for various organizations.

Stephanus was with McKinsey Jakarta office for 2+ years. He was extensively involved in recruiting initiatives, onboarding new hires, and hosting case interview workshops. Stephanus has mentored 30+ candidates, conducted 50+ mock interviews, and helped his mentees get a job in top consulting companies. At McKinsey, he earned an early promotion for his strong performance within the first semi-annual review. He is now reading for MBA Degree in London Business School.

Ravi is a former McKinsey consultant who has coached 500+ aspirants for McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver, Deloitte & other boutique consulting firms' interviews.

While at McKinsey, he worked on Strategy, Sales, Marketing & Operations projects across Banking, Retail, IT services & Automotive sectors, in the US & Indian offices.

Post McKinsey, Ravi has been part of multiple Tech startups across retail e-comm & health-tech domains, in strategy & business leadership roles.

Julia has 4.5 years of management consulting experience with McKinsey where she worked on Strategy, M&S, DD and operations improvement projects in Retail, Pharma, Banking and Oil and Gas industries. Julia worked in Moscow, Paris, South Korea and South Africa offices. She then moved to LinkedIn as Senior Strategy and Operations adviser to the Sales leadership team.

Julia has wide experience in coaching (50+ interviews) and mentoring candidates as she was official McKinsey mentor for candidates who won business competitions. She also interviews candidates for consulting roles.

Bernardo worked at McKinsey & Company LatAm office for two years, where he was the go-to consultant for mentoring candidates with diverse backgrounds. Passionate about teaching, Bernardo has given several talks and workshops at leading UK universities and written articles about successfully transitioning from academia to management consulting. 

Prior to McKinsey, Bernardo did a PhD in Immuno-oncology at University College London (UCL) and worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. He is a dual Brazilian-Italian citizen who loves basketball, travelling, entrepreneurship, DJing and playing the guitar.

Madiha is an ex McKinsey & Company Consultant who has passed interviews in major Consulting firms (eg McK, BCG…). She has done 50-100 interviews and coached 20+ people who succeeded in having offers as well.

During her time in Strategy & Management Consulting, the Firm has asked me to act as an interviewer for mock interviews. Prior to her experience at McKinsey, she had worked in Investment Banking and Strategic Marketing. She graduated with a Master in Management from ESCP Europe, the 2nd biggest Business School in France.

Maria has worked at McKinsey for  3+ years where she was a mentor for juniors.  She has been an active member in cases preparation for her MBA cohort, personally coaching  25+ people in the MBA. She has studied Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with an exchange at the University of New South Wales (Sydney)wan.

Clara has 2+ years of experience in McKinsey and Company, where she started her career as a Summer Consultant, before joining full time. She has been actively involved in recruiting, particularly in the pre-screening of high-potential candidates. 

On top of her consulting experience, Clara is passionate about coaching: she teaches a course in the Master in Management program at Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid and she is a coach for the University of Navarra Taking Off initiative for young entrepreneurs. She will start her MBA at MIT Sloan in September 2020. 

Maxime is a former McKinsey junior engagement manager with 3 years of consulting experience, including interviewing and coaching 100+ candidates. He was based in the Brussels office and conducted missions all around Europe, Middle East and Africa, mostly on strategic topics. Currently, Maxime is a co-founder of a SAAS tech startup in digital marketing.

As a former coach and interviewer for McKinsey, Maxime has extensive experience in coaching and assessing candidates, in both interviewer- and candidate-led formats. He can provide coaching on preparation plan (calendars, resources, best ways to prepare), fit interviews (what to say/not to say) and case interviews.

Oleksii has 3+ years of experience as a McKinsey& Company consultant, serving clients on a variety of topics, from operational effectiveness to global transformations and strategy, and generating a combined effect of more than $1bn.

Both at McKinsey and after, Oleksii coached 100+ candidates through the interview process. He focuses on teaching candidates what interviewers are actually looking for, rather than studying frameworks. Oleksii helps candidates to understand what is required from them at every stage of the interview process, across all aspects of case studies and fit or PEI questions.

Here's the typical candidate I help: been a while since MBA, or maybe they never went to business school - so rusty on cases or were never introduced to them, working full-time - so prefer early/late/weekend hours, need very targeted support - don't have time to read through lots of case books, etc.
How I help: While some candidates will also have “technical interviews” (e.g., data science, expert roles), I'm focused on the two "generalist" aspects of the interview: (1) Problem-solving case and (2) Personal Experience interview.
