- Account information: email address, name (if provided), authentication credentials, and role.
- Interview and practice data: voice audio, transcripts, case progress, exhibits viewed, and feedback generated during sessions.
- Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: device/browser type, IP address, logs, and cookies used for authentication and security (including reCAPTCHA on sign-up).
How we use information
- Provide and improve the Service, including AI coaching and structured feedback.
- Manage subscriptions, billing, and customer support.
- Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Analyze de-identified or aggregated session data for product quality and model improvement, as described when you start a session.
Sharing
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, email, payment (Stripe), voice infrastructure (e.g. LiveKit), and AI providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
We retain account and session data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices
You may access or update account details from your Account page. You may cancel a subscription via Stripe Customer Portal from Account → Manage subscription & billing. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
International users
If you access the Service from outside your country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
